The University of Sheffield
Ideas Bazaar

We are delighted to announce the second Ideas Bazaar at the University of Sheffield:

WEDNESDAY 18 SEPTEMBER 2013, 11am-4pm

Firth Court, Western Bank, S10 2TN

Ideas BazaarFind your perfect partner

Ideas Bazaar is where academics and artists meet and collaborate. The day is hosted by international performer and star of R4, Christopher Green.  Find your perfect partner for projects that will be showcased at the second Festival of the Mind in 2014.

In 2011 academics from such diverse disciplines as Nanotechnology, English, Architecture, Psychology and Biomedical Science teamed up with artists, poets, magicians and musicians from Sheffield to create many unique projects.

What's it all about?

The Ideas Bazaar is for everyone in the city with creative ideas, whether they be in the arts or sciences, history or any other field.

Attendees and exhibitors include:

  • Students
  • Members of academic staff from Sheffield's Universities and local colleges
  • Creative practitioners from the city
  • Members of the general public with ideas and curious to know more
  • The Ideas Bazaar is a free of charge event for all, including stall holders

What's next?

If you are still interested in coming along as an attendee, you can turn up on the day. The deadline for exhibitor registrations has now passed.
