Our relationship with Libya

The University of Sheffield has a long established relationship with Libya and we have been welcoming students here for many decades.

The first known Libyan graduate of Sheffield graduated from us in 1964 and we are delighted you are interested in following that tradition.

Gadour

"I had very good support from the School of Education and my supervisor. I was taught well and I was encouraged to carry out research in many areas in my field. It is an excellent university."
