This interdisciplinary programme draws together expertise in the fields of history, archaeology, religion, philosophy and literature of the ancient, classical and late antique Mediterranean world.
About the courseMA – 1 year full-time/2 years part-time This interdisciplinary course is unique in the UK. It brings together experts in the history, archaeology, religion, philosophy and literature of the ancient, classical and late-antique Mediterranean world. The course focuses on the period 800 BC to 600 AD. We encourage you to explore and challenge boundaries: between chronological periods, between material and text, and between the Greco-Roman World and the Ancient Near East. Entry requirements2:1 honours degree in a relevant subject from within the arts or humanities.
