About the course1 year full-time/2 years part-time This course is designed to deepen your understanding of archaeology and biblical studies. The emphasis is on the history and culture of the eastern Mediterranean from the Iron Age to the Roman period. You'll learn new skills in research, ancient languages and archaeological methods. If you have no field experience, you can take part in three weeks of excavations at an eastern Mediterranean location. Run in partnership with the top-rated Department of Archaeology. Entry requirementsMinimum 2:1 honours degree or equivalent in archaeology, anthropology or sociology.
