Why your masters mattersAdvancing our understanding of how plants respond to the environment has never been more important. It's a fascinating subject, but we're not interested in research for its own sake. We want to know how we can use what we learn to address some of the biggest challenges facing our planet, such as climate change, sustainable energy and food production. FacilitiesYou'll be based at the £4.5m Arthur Willis Environment centre, close to the main campus and the heart of the city. Our research facilities include a Grodome and plant chambers that can simulate different climates. First-rate analytical facilities include the NERC Molecular Genetics facility and a mass-spectrometry suite. Apply nowYou can apply for postgraduate study using our Postgraduate Online Application Form. It is a quick and easy process. |
