Work experience

We work with employers to help you find the right work experience. This could mean vacation work, an internship or a placement as part of a project.

Working in the community

Our volunteering programme is one of the biggest and best in the UK. There's plenty of scope for you to do work that will enhance your CV. You can even develop your own volunteering project from scratch.

Support for your ideas

The University has an enterprise team dedicated to helping you develop your business ideas. For instance, a project you're working on as part of your course, or as a volunteer in the community, could provide a solution to a business problem.
