Visa Extension SchemeThe University is able to help students who need to extend their Leave to Remain by sending batches of applications to the UK Border Agency (UKBA). |
Aid to Full EntitlementFor courses longer than six months, leave should be granted on Code 2 to cover the duration of the course. |
Visa Correction SchemeIt is intended that students who were granted insufficient Leave after an application to the British Embassy/High Commission in their country will be given full Leave entitlement without further charge. |
Visa Extension: Self SubmissionStudents needing to extend their Leave to Remain to continue with or complete full-time studies must apply to the Home Office in London. |
Visa Problems / Visa Refusals / Invalid or RejectedInformation for students whose visa is refused, invalid or rejected. |
Leave of AbsenceIf you are in the UK and subject to immigration regulations YOUR LEAVE OF ABSENCE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED until you have spoken to a University immigration adviser. |
