Hi

Here I am again with another part of my life to share with you guys!

Hope you are all enjoying your time and getting prepared for a big change in your life, away from home and family and feeling independent.

We just had a 3 week Easter vacation here in Sheffield and it was full of studying and fun.

I live in private accommodation and early in this month I had to move from my apartment and it was kind of difficult in the middle of my course. That is one reason why the university accommodation is safer. But, anyhow the place which I have found is closer to my department and is just a 5 minute walk, so it was worth the difficulty.

Because spring semester is almost finished, we are going to have our project and assignment deadlines quite soon, so this vacation was a good opportunity to fulfil the unfinished work and get back on track.

Beside the hard time dealing with my studying and movement, I had a wonderful week in Spain. I did enjoy my trip a lot because it was full of sun and rest on the beach. The port and the historical and touristic places in the city of Barcelona were amazing and I really wanted my trip to last longer.

Another interesting thing which will going to take place here in the University of Sheffield is the end year carnival which is a 12 hour non-stop party at the end of the exam period in JUNE and I just bought the ticket for that event today.

So here in Sheffield, you never get bored!!!

Hello everyone

From today, I am going to share my diary with you and try to keep it up for a while and let you know the regular lifestyle here at Sheffield.

First of all, I hope you all have a happy, healthful and peaceful New Year!

Beside the busy days of studying I am dealing with nowadays, things are going quite well and after just 6 days from the New Year passing, I feel this year is going to be a stunning year for me.

Last week, we also gathered together here in Sheffield and celebrated the New Year. We are planning to make our 13BEDAR as well, to that we do not miss our traditional stuff and home.

Here in International Office, things are quite exciting. We have got a nice and friendly environment here with amazing colleagues. It is great making calls to new applicants and taking care of their questions and enquiries.

But, on other hand, as I am studying an MSc. in Advanced Software Engineering, lots of projects shall be done on this course. As an agile worker in the EPIGENESYS Company, we are working on a project related to the NHS based on improving the search engine and fuzzy algorithms (something like GOOGLE) which considers a quite important one for the company and actually I am learning a lot.

By the way, I started to watch the new norooz series (MARDE 2 HEZAR CHEHREH) and it really works for me when I want to have rest between my studying.

It is time to get back to different stuff now, but I will keep you up to date soon folks.
