Alumni

We welcome alumni to the University Library. You can use the Western Bank, St. George´s and Health Sciences Libraries for reference or, if you were awarded an undergraduate degree or postgraduate doctorate, degree, diploma or certificate you can apply for a Library card which will entitle you to borrow up to five items and open a Library account which will enable you to renew your loans online and place reservations.  To get your card, please visit The University of Sheffield Online Store . You will need to provide proof of qualification from the University of Sheffield along with proof of your address, when you collect your card.

You are welcome to use all the Library print collections and a limited number of licensed electronic journals via our Walk-in Access service, please ask Library staff for details.

Our web pages provide comprehensive information about Library resources and services including the new Library catalogue, StarPlus, as well as many other links to freely available Internet resources that we think will be useful to Library users. You can also find links to Library policy and documentation.
