We carefully select a small cohort to provide you with an intimate learning experience, maximising the potential of each individual as part of a close-knit international community.

At Sheffield you are not viewed as a number but as an ambitious individual with unique attributes ready to take on the challenge of reaching your full potential.

Leadership

The ability to influence those around you will equip you to be successful and is why we will provide you with the leadership skills needed to achieve your ambitions. You will engage with the foremost academic thinking on leadership and have the opportunity to network with some of the UK’s leading business people through our events, including the Leadership Dinner and the London Career Safari. You will be guided to become one of the leaders of tomorrow by The Sheffield MBA.

Entrepreneurship

Throughout the programme, you will develop the skill set of an entrepreneur, learning to successfully create and implement new ideas. This will serve you well within your organisation or equally when creating your own business venture. By learning the attributes of a successful entrepreneur, you will gain the confidence to make effective business decisions and know how to evaluate opportunities.

Consultancy

The skill set of the consultant requires finding and analysing information, by asking the right questions and then having the ability to influence colleagues, customers, managers and stakeholders. You will learn through “challenge” modules, allowing you to test these skills in the corporate world and provide invaluable experiences for your career. The pillar of consultancy will prepare you with a strategic mind required to unlock the full potential of an organisation.
