Degrees with a foundation year
Our degrees with a foundation year offer a route into degree level study for mature students without standard entry qualifications.

The foundation year is designed to prepare students for their chosen course, building the confidence, academic skills and subject knowledge needed for successful degree level study.
On successful completion of the foundation year (see individual course pages for more information), students transfer to the academic department in which they will complete their degree.
