Tired of Spinning Plates

This online event will be an opportunity to explore a selection of short films and contributions to an online exhibition, produced as part of an on-going project ‘Tired of Spinning Plates’.

Led by Professor  Katherine Runswick-Cole, the project explores the mental health experiences of family carers of adults with learning disabilities.

The films and exhibits centre care-relationships between adults with learning disabilities and family carers, offering new insights into the mutuality of care. This event will be of interest to members of the public and education, health and social care professionals and policy makers as well as family carers and people with learning disabilities.
