Eckart Lange conducts first ever review for world’s largest Landscape Architecture programme
Professor Eckart Lange has joined an expert panel of international reviewers to validate the Landscape Architecture programme at Beijing Forestry University, the largest programme of its kind in the world.
Professor Lange, from the Department of Landscape, joined other leading experts in Landscape Architecture to conduct the first ever international review of China’s top ranked Landscape Architecture programme.
It is likely that the review will used to create both national guidance for Landscape Architecture education and professional accreditation, which does not yet exist in China.
The review panel was made up of Landscape Architecture experts from around the world and included Professor Kathryn Moore from Birmingham City University, who is President of the International Federation of Landscape Architects; Professor Stig L. Andersson, from the University of Copenhagen and Professor Niall Kirkwood from Harvard University.
