Czech Beginner 2 MLT01029

Based on 48 hours of small group interactive seminars and tutorials predominantly delivered in Czech, the unit also comprises 52 hours of monitored private study.

  • Pre-requisite: MLT01028 [i.e. 'Czech Beginner 1'], or GCSE grade B/C or 5, or equivalent CEF A1 proficiency in the language.

  • Contact times: 4 hours per week over 12 weeks, starting in Week 1 of the semester, and including a two-hour seminar, a one-hour seminar and a one-hour tutorial. 
  • Group size: Maximum of 23 students per class-group and 10-15 per lab-group.
