Sharing Lessons from Dhaka’s Wetlands – ReWET ReVIEW 2024–25

Urban Institute Associate Tanzil Shafique is excited to share the first edition of the ReWET ReVIEW — a reflection on a year of collective learning from learning and action from the The ReWET Consortium.

ReWET

ReWET is a research-to-action initiative, funded by UKFCDO and managed by IIED, to restore urban wetlands in Dhaka and rethink urban nature from the Global South, working alongside communities to address the urgent challenges of climate change. It brings together grassroots action, academic research, and development practice to create new stewardship models for locally-led ecological restoration.
