I completed my MEng in Chemical Engineering in July 2015, graduating with a First Class Honours degree at The University of Sheffield. During that time I was awarded the Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship and undertook a project within Professor Salman’s group studying binder dispersion in detergent granulation in collaboration with Proctor and Gamble. My research project was a continuation of this project with emphasis of granule shape as a result of uneven binder dispersion.
Besides my academic life, I served as secretary in the Women in Engineering Society, Sheffield University Mentor for 2 years and a project leader for an international social enterprise project in ENACTUS Sheffield.
I began my PhD in collaboration with Nestle in September 2015, under the supervision of Prof. Agba Salman. The project focuses on improvement of cold dissolution properties of food powder.
