Originally from Sheffield, I graduated from the University in 2011 with first class honours in Law and have worked for the University since then in a variety of roles and departments. In September 2013 I moved to the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering and am now responsible for undergraduate recruitment as well as the provision of employability support for all students. I am also the Department's point of contact for alumni relations.

Undergraduate recruitment and admissions - making decisions on applications; organising and running Open and Applicant Days; developing recruitment materials; dealing with applicant and Admissions Service queries; provision of data as required.

Outreach - working with the Deputy Admissions Tutor to develop and run outreach and widening participation events for schools, encouraging pupils to consider a career in chemical engineering.

Employability - development and implementation of an engaging and wide ranging programme of careers events for students at all levels; improvement of graduate prospects; development and fostering of relationships with employers in conjunction with the Faculty; analysis and presentation of employability data to Executive Committee; contribute to the annual planning round with analysis of employment-related issues.

Alumni - foster strong relationships with alumni to build a strong alumni network; work closely with the Alumni office.
