Join us for a conversation with Nicky Thomas, a Female Founder from the Growth Community.

Nicky Thomas is a business connector and owner and founder of The Growth Community – a place where growth minded people, genuinely work together to support each other to be successful in business. She invites people to come along and network with purpose - whether that is as a member of her community or as a guest at one of her very enjoyable networking meetings.
Nicky has an extensive and varied background in marketing starting out in direct marketing in 1996 (when we got loads of marketing letters through the post). She worked in the very early days of ecommerce marketing for an array of internet start-ups before taking a side step into internal marketing consultancy. This was the catalyst to starting up her first business in 2004 as an internal communications consultancy which she ran successfully for 10 years.
After becoming a mum to two fabulous daughters she fancied a new challenge. After a dabble with being a VA for a couple of years she became frustrated that structured networking was only done at breakfast. So, in 2017 she opened her own group at the more civilised time of 10am and the rest is history.
The Growth Community is her third business which launched in April 2020. It has expanded across Yorkshire, Humber, Lincolnshire and North Nottinghamshire and offers a unique networking experience to growth minded professional people who love to collaborate.
