Ellie Heath

After completing my A Levels in 2018, I went on to study a Chartered Management degree apprenticeship at Sheffield Hallam University, whilst working at an architectural cast stone manufacturing company. In order to fulfil the requirements of the apprenticeship, I undertook a varied role which exposed me to all aspects of the organisation’s operations, right from order enquiry, through to transportation and customer service. I was also heavily involved in compliance, in particular, maintaining the organisation’s quality, environmental and health and safety accreditations.

Having graduated in March 2022 with a first class honours degree in Professional Practice in Management, it has prepared me to begin this role at the Information School in June 2022, where I will be working closely with the Operations Manager in the Professional Service team to ensure the smooth running of a range of operational activities.

• Leading on staff induction activities
• Act as Deputy DHSO
• School-level committee work
• Organising events
