I am a Research Fellow in AI for sustainability and resilience as part of the Centre for Machine Intelligence at the University of Sheffield, a post I have held since November 2024. I was awarded my PhD in nonlinear structural dynamics at the University of Sheffield in March 2023 and I have also held a number of postdoctoral positions looking at the treatment of uncertainty in structural dynamics.

I have a general interest in the treatment of uncertainty in engineering and beyond.
My research centres around data and AI driven quantification and propagation of uncertainty in complex interdisciplinary systems with applications from populations of offshore wind turbines to characterisation of ultra-thin materials with neutron reflectometry.
