Kieran’s PhD is investigating the properties of polymer Additive Manufactured (3D Printed) parts, in particular the friction and wear properties of these parts, how they behave when they come into contact with other surfaces.
As well as having his first paper published, Kieran has also been invited to give a presentation on his paper at the 2022 STLE Annual Meeting & Exhibition, an in-person meeting to be held at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida.
