Profile

I am an alumna of the University of Sheffield (BA in Archaeology and Prehistory) and of the University of East Anglia (MA in Advanced Studies in the Arts of Africa, Oceania and the Americas).

I am the Italian Co-ordinator at the Modern Languages Teaching Centre (MLTC) and I have been teaching Italian at Beginners and Advanced levels at the University of Sheffield since 1999. The Italian modules I co-ordinate are offered as part of the Languages for All Programme (LfA)  and are also integral part of the BA in Modern Languages and Cultures (BAMLC) offered by the School of Languages and Cultures (SLC).  

At Postgraduate level I have been teaching on the “Ethnography and Reflective Practice” module since 2004. This module is available on the MA in Intercultural Communication also offered by SLC.

EFLTC Representative at the Quality and Scrutiny Sub- Committee (QSC) (2016-2018)

Member of MLTC and SLC Liaison Committee (2016-ongoing)
