Rosa’s dissertation "Deconstructing Gender: Can choices in building method address gender inequality in the construction sector?" looks at how we can rebalance our gender-unequal, and aging workforce.

Following the completion of her Part Two degree, Rosa is continuing her work with Matri Arch, a student-led feminist collective, with a conference paper and a design project in the pipeline.
