Pocket Politics

Microphone in professional recording studio
A joint initiative by the Department of Politics & International Relations and The Politics Society, Pocket Politics is a new podcast providing Sheffield undergraduates with an opportunity to explore contemporary topics by interviewing researchers and practitioners, and learn new skills. The Politics Society are looking for students who are interested in getting trained to be part of the podcast team - getting involved will be a great start for anyone wanting to go into journalism or a related career.

If this sounds like you, the Politics Society will be at the Departmental Fair on the 25th September in the Edge, and the Activities Fair on 26th September, where you can sign up. Alternatively, you can email us at politics.society@sheffield.ac.uk to register your interest. An information session will be held from 4 to 5pm on 15 October in Elmfield, Room 109.
