We have conducted extensive simulations coupling detailed electrical and thermal models to optimise the modules design and quantify losses, efficiency, static and transient temperature in the modules for a large number of operating conditions.
We have built and tested a 300kVA three-phase power converter demonstrator with expected efficiency of over 98%
