Making connections to support disabled young people to live their lives

iHuman researchers Sally Whitney, Katherine Runswick-Cole, Kirsty Liddiard and Dan Goodley worked with Scope on a research project that explored the lives of disabled young people and the key connections that support them to flourish and thrive.

As a result, the research team launched their Plain English Report. The key priorities identified by disabled young people include:

  • Promoting inclusive environments
  • Enhancing digital lives
  • Developing inclusive technology
