The workshop aims to be a forum for presenting the latest advances in research and technology of wide bandgap semiconductors.
Held over four days the sessions will consist of invited and contributed oral presentations, as well as poster presentations.
Those who want to contribute to this workshop are encouraged to contact any committee member in advance, including Professor Tao Wang.
Professor Wang will give a talk on ‘Non-polar and Semi-polar GaN for next generation III-nitride devices’.
