Travel guidance
Sheffield is well connected to other cities, with good road and rail links to other cities as well as to many UK airports. Once you arrive in Sheffield, there are good public transport options to take you around the city centre (tram, bus, taxi), and as the city centre is compact, most places should also be within walking distance.

There are a number of options available for UKCI participants wishing to book accommodation in Sheffield for the conference, to suit all budgets.

Alternatively, there are a number of hotels in Sheffield city centre, the majority of which are within a 5-10 minute walk of the University campus and conference venue. Some suggestions are listed below:
