Alice Badin presented her results at the Isotopes 2013 Conference in Sopot , Poland

Alice Badin is one of our fellows and is developing her research at the University of Neuchatel in Switzerland.

Her research looks at the variability of carbon and chlorine stable isotope ratios in chlorinated ethenes, which are common groundwater contaminants, for various applications such as source identification and characterisation of biodegradation.

After a painstaking and extensive study, Alice presented her results at the Isotopes 2013 conference in Sopot (Poland) under the heading "Carbon and chlorine isotopic trend in fingerprinting and anaerobic dechlorination of tetrachloroethene".
