Home of the famous paternoster lift, the Arts Tower also boasts this excellent cafe, featuring a range of tasty treasures fresh out of the oven and served all day. We serve coffee and cake alongside comfort food like quiches or jacket potatoes with a choice of toppings to suit everyone.
