I was awarded my bachelor of pharmacy in 2010 from the International University for science and technology in Syria. The same year I started my Msc in pharmaceutical services and medicine control at the University of Bradford. After my graduation I worked as a formulation scientist in Lena Nanoceutics, where I was working on improving the stability of nano suspensions. Then I worked as a formulation scientist in the inhalation department of GSK in Hertfordshire.
I started my PhD studies at the University of Sheffield at the chemical & biological engineering department in January 2015. The aim of my project is understanding the mechanical properties of wet granulated material. I am working under the supervision of Professor Agba Salman and the research project is in collaboration with AstraZeneca and EPSRC.
