In celebration of Mental Health Awareness Week, we are providing an insightful session on how to manage nervous system regulation. 
 
  • Help you gain insight into the common challenges faced by student entrepreneurs in their ventures.
  • Explore the impact of burnout on the autonomic nervous system, mental health, and physical well-being.
  • Learn two practical techniques to help regulate your nervous system and build resilience in the face of stress.

Advice from Estelle Keribin 

Estelle Keribin is a Somatic Therapist specialising in nervous system regulation, anxiety and trauma.

She helps atypical entrepreneur-e-s identify and meet their unconscious needs to lead a more fluid fulfilling and aligned life away from anxiety. She is also specialised in eating disorder recovery with more more than 10 years of coaching experience in French -speaking countries and trains psychologists, psychiatrists, dietitians in somatic tools to facilitate recovery. 

She uses different modalities based on Cognitive Psychology, Mindfulness Based Life Stress Reduction and Somatics to accompany her clients and prones a humanistic approach based on Carl Rodgers psychology.

She  has run various retreats to accompany women through menopause using Carl Jung archetypes.

Having mainly served French-speaking clients online or in France, she is now looking to develop her activity face- to-face locally in Sheffield where she has been living for 15 years.

She has also 25 years of teaching experience in the UK and is now working at the University of Sheffield.
