Thursday 8 February saw the second launch of Dr Kirsty Liddiard and Professor Katherine Runswick-Cole‘s new edited collection (along with Tillie Curran, UWE), The Palgrave Handbook of Disabled Children’s Childhood Studies (2018).

The text further develops disabled children’s childhood studies as a distinct conceptual domain of study and features chapters from disabled young people, parents, academics, and practitioners. Kirsty has made a short film of her chapter, written with her partner, Luke Jones. You can see the film on Youtube.
