Information about how to register for your course.

On

UK/Home Students

All UK/Home students must complete Registration Online prior to arrival in Sheffield.

Once Admissions have confirmed your place, you will receive an email inviting you to complete further tasks and register for your course.

In order to register for your course you must have a full set of modules confirmed and fully complete the 'Register for Your Course and Pay Your Tuition Fee' task within Online Registration.

Once you have completed Online Registration, you will be sent an email with a link to an online booking system. use this to select an appropriate time to come in person for the Student Registration and Records Team to check your ID and print your student UCard.

Until a physical ID check has taken place, your student loan payment will not be released.

International students

All international students arriving in Sheffield must have their immigration documents checked before registering on their course.

Once Admissions have confirmed your place, you will receive an email inviting you to complete further tasks. You will also receive a link to an online booking system. Use this to select an appropriate time to come in person for the Student Registration and Records Team to check your immigration documents.

If your course has any optional modules, you must complete the 'Online Module Selection' task within Online Registration.

Once you arrive in Sheffield and have isolated for the required amount of time, you need to attend the appointment for your immigration documents to be checked. At this event you will also be able to complete registration and receive your student UCard.
