The University of Sheffield is coming to Beijing

The University of Sheffield will be hosting two special events to celebrate and strengthen ties between the University and its alumni, partners and friends in China.

Graduation celebration event | 1pm - 4pm 

Our graduation celebration event, hosted by our President and Vice-Chancellor, gives graduates from the class of 2024 and 2025 an opportunity to celebrate academic achievements with friends and family, and be presented as you cross the stage.  

You're welcome to bring up to two guests, and we will provide you with a gown & hat (which will be yours to keep), light refreshments, and plenty of photo opportunities.

Alumni Reception and Offer Holder Engagement Event | 4.30pm - 8pm

Join us for an exciting evening bringing our alumni and future students together. 

We are honoured that Sheffield’s President and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Koen Lamberts, will be in attendance, along with a distinguished delegation of leading academics and senior University colleagues.

This reception is your chance to network with fellow alumni and external partners, celebrate your connection to the University, and share insights about your studies with the next generation. Refreshments will be served.
