On 21 October Chris presented to the Olicana Historical Society based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire about his work undertaking community archaeological woodland surveys and excavations in the South Pennines Park between 2016 and 2019, and how this inspired his WRoCAH funded PhD in investigating the charcoal production industry of West and South Yorkshire.
