Making ceramic vessels using bronze age methods

Students on the Heritage, History and Identity module have been taking part in hands-on practicals in the Department's labs this week, as part of the MA in Cultural Heritage Management.

They have been learning how to make ceramic vessels using the methods which would have been used in the Bronze Age, as well as learning how to create 3D models of artifacts.

This is part of this week's theme on reconstruction and ethics, where we have been considering the benefits of digital and physical reconstructions for engagement with artifacts, as well as the different ways we can reconstruct objects, buildings and structures.

International Merit Scholarships
