Profile

Adrien graduated from the University of Sheffield in July 2020 with an MEng (Hons.) (First Class) in Civil and Structural Engineering with a year in industry, which he spent working at AKT II. His master's dissertation focused on developing neural network based inverse solvers for EIT damage detection in concrete elements.

In September 2020, Adrien joined the department as a doctoral research student to research the use of machine learning to develop structural design models under the supervision of Dr Danny Smyl, Dr Iman Hajirasouliha, Dr Andrew Liew and Dr Giacomo Torelli.
