Danying discusses how the Cultural Data Management and Communication MA taught her to manage digital projects and how this has inspired her to take these skills into the workplace.

What did you learn on the course?

My current course is managing digital projects. It taught me to write a plan before a digital project starts, this includes; managing project introductions, team members, time planning, risk assessment and project packages. This will teach me how to manage digital projects more effectively.

What skills have you gained?

Before I just knew how to create and design, now I want to know how to manage a creative group - to be a leader!

What's next?

To be honest, when I first came to Sheffield I wanted to go further with my PhD. I still hope to continue my studies later on but now I want to take what I have learnt so far and apply it to the workplace
