Important to note:

Tickets: Have your tickets available, either printed or on your phone. Make sure your guests know their seat numbers too, as you won't be sitting together.

Robe hire confirmation:  Have this with you, either printed or on your phone.

Photography: If you have pre-ordered your photography, have your confirmation to hand.  If you don't have time to get your photographs taken before you are due to take your seat, you should go after the ceremony instead, they will still fit you in.  It's more important to get yourself seated in the hall.

School receptions are held either before or after the ceremony.  Please check the invitation that your school will have sent you so you can factor it into your schedule.
