Refer to this checklist to ensure you are fully prepared in the run up to your graduation and on the day itself.

On the day

| Ensure you have downloaded your e-tickets showing your seat numbers. You can either print the tickets out, or show them on a mobile device, but you will not be able to gain entry without them. | Before you leave home |

| Bring a supply of hair grips if you wish to secure your hat. Please note Ede & Ravenscroft do not allow robes to be pinned. | Before you leave home |
| Check with the Highways Agency for advice regarding traffic disruption on motorways and trunk roads | Before you leave home |

| Doors will be closed. Any graduands not seated will be marked as absent and removed from the presentation list. Any guest seats not taken will be re-allocated | Ceremony start time minus 10 minutes |
