The Care Quality Commission regulates all health and adult social care services in England and makes sure that essential standards of quality and safety are being met.

We have been registered with the Care Quality Commission since April 2013.

We were inspected on 4 November 2016 and received an overall rating of good.

Our responsiveness to people’s needs and our quality of care was rated as outstanding for people of working age (which is 98% of all the patients registered at the University Health Service).

Our lead contact for CQC outcomes and chapters is Dr Hannah Prosser, and our deputy is Dr Cynthia Das.
