Unfortunately you cannot register with us if neither of the above apply to you.


Our practice’s inner boundary

Dependants of University of Sheffield students must live within our practice’s inner boundary to be able to register with us.

Our practice inner boundary includes the area shaded grey in the Google map below. To search for your address, click the “full size” icon in the top right corner and use the search function in Google maps.


How to register with us

Registration is a two-step process. You must complete both steps for your registration to be processed. 

Step one: Core information

You will be asked for demographic information and some limited health information. The more detail you provide, the quicker your registration can be processed.

You will be asked for extra information that we need to finalise your registration and health screening.

Your named General Practitioner (GP)

When you register, you’ll be given a named accountable General Practitioner (GP) who is responsible for your overall care at the practice.

You can still request to book appointments with any doctor that you choose. 

Contact reception if you want to know who your named GP is or if you have a preference of named GP.
