Find your NHS number
There are a few ways to find out your NHS number.

The easiest way is to visit Find your NHS number and click 'Start now' to use the online service.
If you can't use the online service, you can find your NHS number:
- in the NHS app, or
- on any letter from the NHS (eg a prescription or appointment letter), or
- call your GP surgery and ask for it.
