Dawn Boulton at Next Chapter Arts has organised a Menopausal Women Art Therapy Group to start on the 7 November 2018 in Sheffield.
These groups are designed for women who are suffering with the debilitating symptoms of the menopause such as confusion, depression, anxiety and exhaustion.
They will be held at Heeley City Farm on Wednesdays 6pm to 7:30pm. The cost is £23 per session, but we do offer subsidies as we are a not-for-profit company.
Dawn is a fully qualified Art Psychotherapist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Dawn was diagnosed as perimenopausal at the age of 39, and is still living with significant symptoms at the age of 52.
