The Forum typically meets three times per year, rotating between the participating universities. At each meeting, a postgraduate from each university presents a paper to an audience of fellow White Rose postgraduates, though undergraduates, academic staff and the general public are also invited. As of 2017, the meetings also feature a keynote presentation from a professional philosopher.

The Forum is a great opportunity for postgraduates to meet and discuss ideas, and to present their work in a rigorous but informal environment.

Since 2014, meetings are generously supported by the White Rose SLF funding, as well as the Departments of Philosophy at the Universities of Sheffield, York, Leeds, and Hull. Travel to and from the White Rose meetings are reimbursed and lunches are either provided, or else individuals' lunch expenses are reimbursed. For more information, email James Lewis.

Forum co-ordinators: James Lewis (Sheffield), Jack Warman (York), Olof Leffler (Leeds), and David Strohmaier (Sheffield, Treasurer).
