Research for Patient Benefit (RfPB) forms one of the funding streams of the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR). Its aim is to support research that arises from daily practice in the NHS and has the potential to contribute to improvements in the health or health care experience of service users. Come along and find out more about the programme and about how the Research Design Service supports applicants to the programme.
Dr Angie Borzychowski is the RfPB Senior Programme Manager, National Institute for Health Research´s Central Commissioning Facility and Ciorsdan Taylor is the RfPB Programme Manager for Yorkshire and the Humber region.
Venue: Pemberton Lecture room, 2nd floor of ScHARR at Regent Court at 12.30pm.
External Visitors: The doors on Regent Street are for swipe-card holders only so you need to enter the quadrangle off Portobello and turn right into the lift space. Take the lift and follow the signs for the Pemberton Room from the lift exit.
