Profile

I have a MSc in Economics from Macquarie University Australia. After completing my masters degree I worked at icddr,b in Bangladesh gathering experience in the area of maternal and child health and health services research. I am part of the ScHARR Wellcome Trust Doctoral Training Centre in Public Health Economics and Decision Science.

I have coordinated works on costing of national strategies and action plans related to adolescent, maternal, newborn and child health. I am particularly interested in implementation research, measurement and validation of indicators and equity in health services. My PhD will focus on developing decision analytic model for preventing hypertensive disorder and gestational diabetes during pregnancy.
