From 16th June 2025 a new way to contact us online will be available....
We will be switching Anima off and moving to a new platform which can be used for medical and admin queries.
The new platform will be accessible via the NHS app or a link on our website. No account registration will be required.
You'll be able to submit an online form for admin and medical queries, including appointment and non-repeat prescription requests. Repeat prescriptions should continue to be requested via NHS app.
The triage team will review requests and respond with an action plan. Appointments will be offered only when appropriate, as in some cases we may be able to resolve your query via message or phone call, and we may also direct you to other services which are better placed to help. The new platform will continue to allow us to make effective and efficient use of our limited appointments.
More information about when and how to submit requests will be available when the service goes live on 16th June.
