Anima is an online consultation platform which seamlessly and confidentially integrates with your medical record, improving how you access care and appointments, and how our staff assess your condition.
If you haven’t already got one, we suggest that you ensure you have an Anima account set up before 16th April. This will help prevent future delays when you need medical help.
This is a change to how we are currently using Anima. We are currently only accepting ‘minor illness’ queries via Anima, but we’ll be opening Anima up to all types of medical requests.
It should help us direct you to the most appropriate care for your medical needs, whilst ensuring we make use of our limited resources in the safest and most efficient way. All appointments will continue to be offered according to clinical urgency and need.
